Limited Edition PRS SE Silver Sky Defender

PRS Launches Limited Edition SE Silver Sky Defender Models

PRS Guitars, in collaboration with Land Rover, have officially unveiled the limited-edition SE Silver Sky Defender series, blending John Mayer’s signature aesthetic with rugged, outdoor-inspired finishes. These models are available in four earth-toned colourways complete with sleek black pickguards, a first for any Silver Sky model.

While the visual package gets an aggressive update, the fundamental player-first specs that made the SE Silver Sky an instant staple remain intact. The classic combination of a poplar body with bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fretboard makes the guitar feel familiar in your hands when you play it for the first time. The 635JM "S" Single-Coil pickups deliver the warm, articulate, and dynamic vintage-voiced single-coil snap expected from Mayer's signature lineup. Other featured specs include a 25.5" scale length, 8.5" radius, and reliable 2-point steel tremolo bridge. All of this is available in a limited edition Defender Colourway Palette, including Petra Copper, Woolstone Green, Sedona Red, and Carpathian Grey.

This limited edition series order window is open now through June 30, 2027. Demand is expected to be incredibly high, so order yours now to secure your spot in line!
