Is your entire store inventory listed online?

No. While we try our best to keep our online shop up to date, we have thousands of products in our inventory and some may not currently be listed online. To browse our full inventory please come visit us at the shop!

I can't find a product I want. Does this mean it's unavailable?

Likely not! We specialise in ordering products for our customers. If you can't find what you're looking for, contact us and we will look into ordering your items for you.

I don't see the brand of a product that I want. Can you still get it for me?

Potentially! We carry many major music industry brands but may not have all of them listed online. If you don't see the brand of a product you want listed, you can contact us to see if it's something we can order for you.

Do you sell used products?

Yes! We offer consignment and trade-in services, meaning some of our inventory are second hand products. All used items are clearly labelled as such. You can browse our current used inventory here.

Orders
What does it mean if a product is "in stock"?

"In stock" products are currently available at our retail store!

What does it mean if a product is "available to order"?

"Available to order" means that while we don't have the product in stock, you can place an order now and we will order it from our distributor immediately. Once the product arrives at our store, we will either contact you for in-store pickup, or ship the product to you depending on the specified delivery option chosen during checkout.

What does it mean if a product is "out of stock"?

"Out of stock" products are currently unavailable in-store or to order. If you're interested in a product showing "out of stock", please contact us for further assistance.

When will my order ship?

"In stock" products can ship out as early as the same business day! Usually all orders will ship out within 2 business days from the date they're placed.

"Available to order" products will ship out as soon as they arrive at our store.

How long do products take to arrive after I've placed an order?

Timelines for ordering products can vary greatly depending on the product type and brand. Most of the time products will arrive at our shop within 1 business week or less, but some products can take longer if they are in high demand. If you would like a more accurate ETA on a specific product before placing an order, feel free to contact us and we can look into it for you.
