No. While we try our best to keep our online shop up to date, we have thousands of products in our inventory and some may not currently be listed online. To browse our full inventory please come visit us at the shop!

Likely not! We specialise in ordering products for our customers. If you can't find what you're looking for, contact us and we will look into ordering your items for you.

Potentially! We carry many major music industry brands but may not have all of them listed online. If you don't see the brand of a product you want listed, you can contact us to see if it's something we can order for you.

"Demo Stock" items are products that we've had for too long! We want these in your hands, and have marked them down accordingly. All items are brand new and include a full manufacturers warranty. Most items are in mint condition, while some may show minor signs of use from being on display. If you see a Demo Stock item that you're interested in, contact us and we will send you photos upon request.

Yes! We offer consignment and trade-in services, meaning a small amount of our inventory are second hand products. All used items are clearly labelled as such. You can browse our current used inventory here.

"In stock" products are currently available at our retail store.

"Available to order" means that while we don't have the product in stock, you can place an order now and we will immediately order it from our distributor. Products can be ordered for in-store pickup or direct shipment depending on the specified delivery option chosen during checkout.

"Out of stock" products are currently unavailable in-store or to order. If you're interested in a product that is not in stock, please contact us for further assistance.

"In stock" products can ship out as early as the same business day! Most will ship out within 2 business days from the date the order is placed.

"Available to order" products usually ship out within 7 business days from the date the order is placed.

Timelines for ordering products can vary greatly depending on the product type and brand. Most of the time you can expect your order to arrive within 10 business days or less, but some products can take longer if they are in high demand. If you would like a more accurate ETA on a specific product before placing an order, feel free to contact us and we can look into it for you.
